Of course, how you play is up to you.
Most weekdays, I just want to “get er done.” So I pull one card and scan it as I’m looking for a quick answer to my query.
On the weekends, I have more time to contemplate my navel. You ought to try it sometime. You’ll be amazed at what it tells you.
Anyway, today I pulled the Nostalgia card.
Here’s how my thought process went as I looked up the symbolic frolics for this card:
–Loving Life Review
(Naaah don’t want to go there today. It would take too long)
-Ancestral Connection
(Normally I think of my mom and folks who have gone before me. But I didn’t get an emotional tug from that phrase today.
-Conjuring Good Feelings (Oooh, that’s the one. I immediately knew that I needed to keep my focus on conjuring good feelings for the day ahead. )
There’s no wrong way to do this. The point here is to play.
